Linda Rush
Principal and Founder
Linda Rush began her career in recruiting with a New Jersey-based firm, placing mid and senior-level management professionals in retail, finance, operations and management information systems positions. In 1986 she opened her own firm specializing in recruitment for small and medium-sized corporations. Later, Linda established Rayson & Rush Associates to provide research and recruitment services for corporations and the executive search industry.
As Principal of Rayson & Rush, Linda plays an active role in all aspects and services for her clients, including candidate identification, screening and interviewing, presentation of candidates and candidate referencing. She is experienced with the communications, financial services, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, human resources, pharmaceuticals, retail, construction, and consumer products industries. International searches are also a part of her background having worked on assignments in England, Canada, Italy, Germany, France, New Zealand, Japan and China. As an integral part of her work, Linda established one of the most current and thorough databases of senior level executives and professionals in the industry.
