Candidate Identification

Upon understanding the position and necessary qualifications, we conduct strategic and customized research to develop facts and information necessary to target and attract fresh, passive talent. The research sourcing process includes compiling data on relevant industry sectors and competition. We carry out an exhaustive investigation of the market place by phoning directly into companies and identifying specific candidates, using all on-line sourcing methods, including; LinkedIn, Zoom, Hoovers, Industry Associations and referrals from professional organizations and networking with candidates. We also utilize mobile and text based recruiting as a method to reach potential candidates.

Screening & Interviewing

Targeting talent communities and, consequently, the candidates is the next step. All potential candidates are screened to determine if their qualifications meet your specifications. This procedure involves in-depth telephone interviewing geared toward evaluating personality, communication skills, technical accomplishments, salary history and academic background. All direct candidate communication is done by Linda Rush, so she can give you a first hand account of the candidate's background and personality.



Presentation of Candidates

Rayson & Rush communicates with you both verbally and through a series of reports. Report formats are decided upon with you at the initial meeting, but generally include full resume, specific accomplishments, compensation, relocation data and personal history.



Candidate Referencing

Upon request, we can verify employment and academic background and conduct telephone reference interviews on each selected candidate.
